Information we collect and how we use it

When you Log on to the SMART D-Net™ Online Training Program, we ask you to provide some personal information. In order to provide our full range of services to you or your organisation we may collect the following types of information: (We will not use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected).

  • Information you provide - When you Log on, we ask you for personal information such as your name, email address and an account password. We use this to generate your certificate, and allows your organisation to monitor the effectiveness of the training you receive. For certain services, such as our pay as you go service, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we do not store.
  • Cookies - When you visit SMART D-Net™, we may send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to run the video components of the site.
  • Links - SMART D-Net and TSG Associates LLP may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our services.

TSG Associates only processes personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such purposes include:
